Finding and Marketing Your Brand. The two-hour branding workshop is designed to help
small business owners solidify and build their image. It features a 12-step process. The accompanying work sheets allow
participants to begin the process of integrating the information into their company. Finding and Marketing Your Brand has
been presented to a number of groups including the SBA, Small Business Association, ABWA Express, American Business
Women’s Association Express, AIBA, Albuquerque Independent Business Alliance, Exhib-it, and Duval Publications.
No Cost Marketing Tools. This one-hour presentation puts the focus on five easy
steps that business owners can take to grow their business with no or low expense. During the fast-paced seminar,
participants get more than 40 specific no cost marketing tips. The handouts also have a resource section. This was a
featured seminar in the Smart Strategies for Small Business Series sponsored by Public Service Company of New Mexico, PNM;
other groups that have heard this presentation include Women Make a Difference and WESST Corp.
Building Customer Loyalty. While most businesses recognize that a customer-centric
strategy is essential for success, few actually review and internalize the seven loyalty steps. This training is an
opportunity to do that. The various examples that are showcased in the presentation are basic and easy to implement.
Owners derive specific loyalty programs appropriate for their business and leave with an action agenda. Building Customer
Loyalty was a featured seminar in the Smart Strategies for Small Business Series sponsored by Public Service Company of
New Mexico, PNM. It was recently presented to the Women in Communications Group.
